Also, on the property’s southern side, are Little Plea-
sures Dessert Parlour, Burger King and other food
court restaurants, in addition to government and com-
mercial offices.
“I would say that at any one time there are close to a
thousand people who come and work here at this facil-
ity,” Eastmond said. “We have the government offices,
and they occupy nearly 50,000 square feet of space
on the eastern side. And on the northern side we de-
veloped offices for Lynch Insurance Brokers, which oc-
cupies some 7,000 square feet. So the building now
has four faces, and that’s what we’ve been trying to do
in the development.”
In-house mall management is working in tandem with
Williams Industries on a future vision.
The aim, he said, is to make Sky Mall the premier lo-
