An expanding roster of green initiatives includes a rain-
water harvesting system, paper recycling, waste sepa-
ration, tree planting, utilizing waste from four adopted
donkeys as manure and use of seaweed and wood
shavings for mulching.
As the largest employer in southern Saint Lucia, the
resort maintains a continuing enrichment program for
staff members and facilitates internships for those in-
terested in the tourism sector to gain on the job train-
ing.
