“A lot of my guys are low income, and rent in the Ba-
hamas is high,” he said. “So I’m trying to put some
funding aside to build efficient housing units that they
could rent from me at a smaller rate, just to assist
them. It’ll allow guys to make
some progress, and that’s the
kind of company we want to
