Here we are, heading into the fall quarter of another unbelievably challenging year and making plans for what promises to be a positive 2022. That’s the glass-half-full mindset that has rubbed off on me after hearing from so many business and community leaders who are super-focused on innovation, corporate culture, technology enhancement, workforce development, and all areas of sustainability.
Yes, many valuable lessons have been learned from the pandemic, but one thing that hasn’t come out of it is a “woe is me” attitude. It’s all about resilience, recovery, and getting on with the job at hand. Creating the best life we can for ourselves and each other.
